Kay Burley on Sky News described the card several times as a “ vaccine passport” while interviewing the Foreign Office minister James Cleverly. (There has been some discussion about whether this might make some people exempt from the rules, or give them access to some venues.) It has been widely suggested that the card gives proof that someone has been vaccinated against Covid-19.
